Stylepalace.com.au accepts VISA, MasterCard or direct bank deposit into our nominated account. If you choose to use direct deposit payment methods, your purchases will not be shipped until payment has been cleared and accepted. Shipping and Handling
Stylepalace.com.au delivers around the globe. We use Australia Post Express Post Platinum for Australia wide deliveries and Australia Post Express Courier International Services to offer you the fastest and most efficient delivery possible. To ensure a safe delivery of your treasures, all our shipping services require a signature on receipt, please ensure you select an appropriate address. We would encourage a business address where possible as deliveries are between Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Processing Your Order
- Orders received between Monday to Friday before 2pm Western Standard Time (WST) will be processed that day for next day shipment.
- Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt, unless your order is placed over a weekend or national holiday period.
- Orders will not be dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or national public holidays, they will be processed and dispatched the following business day.
- Before we dispatch your order we personally inspect your items to ensure they are in perfect condition. Your items are then carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the exact same condition. In the event your goods arrive in a damaged or less than perfect condition, please notify us immediately so we can address the handling with our shipping company.
Delivery Periods
Parcels will be delivered between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
Same Day Delivery for Local Destinations
If your delivery destination is within 5km of the Perth CBD, Western Australia, order before 11am for same-day delivery. If you have any special requests add them in the notes section on the payment page. Please note that someone must be available to receive the parcel. If orders are placed after this time, they will be delivered the following day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification from stylepalace.com.au containing details of how to track your order and when you may expect delivery. During the transit period, if you have any queries regarding the whereabouts of your goods, you may contact the carrier directly and quote your reference number for information.
Free Shipping
Stylepalace.com.au offers free shipping for all orders over $400 AUD.
Occasionally, stylepalace.com.au will offer free shipping promotions which apply to all order values. Details of these promotional periods will always be clearly stated on our website; however you can become a member to receive email fashion news and promotional updates through our eNews.

Important Delivery Information
- Goods require a signature on delivery, so please ensure you nominate a suitable address (work address) so you can receive the goods once they arrive.
- We are unable to redirect goods once the order has been dispatched.
- In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, one re-attempt at delivery will be made before the package is returned to head office. If you require us to dispatch the package for a second time, you will be charged an additional shipping fee and the same rules (as above) will apply to this new delivery.
- Order cut-off times and delivery time-frames are provided as a guide only, and may alter if there is any delay in payment authorisation being completed.
- We do not take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances which may cause your delivery to be late. These include strikes, natural disasters and any other reasons beyond our control.
Unfulfilled Orders
To minimise the risk of an advertised item being unavailable, we pride ourselves on keeping an up-to-date computerised inventory of all items stocked in our e-boutique.
- Once a particular item, size or colour sells out, an automatic SOLD OUT message will appear next to the item immediately.
- If for any reason, stylepalace.com.au is unable to fill your requested order, you will be notified by email as soon as possible (and no later than 2 business days) and we will conduct a payment reversal if the transaction has been processed.
- We will do our best to offer you an alternate product or contact the designer to request a special order if required.
Cancellation of Orders
- As we endeavour to ship purchases as soon as possible after an order is received, we will only accept a cancellation by you if we receive written notice of your intention to cancel before the items have been dispatched.
- Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel your order and you must then follow our returns procedure and return the goods in new and unused condition to receive a credit note for the sale amount.
- As per our Return Policy, we only offer refunds on faulty items.
- Purchases can only be made if they are intended for personal use. We therefore reserve the right to cancel an order if we deem it is intended for commercial resale, or any other inappropriate nature.
Sales Taxes/Handling Charges
- For all merchandise purchased through stylepalace.com.au, a mandatory 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is payable by Australian law.
- For all Australian residents or Australian shipping addresses, this 10% GST will be included in your order subtotal and processed at the time of sale processing.
- For international customers this 10% tax will not be charged by stylepalace.com.au, however you will be liable to pay your own country's applicable import/duty taxes on receipt of your package. It is your sole responsibility to research these duty/taxes and you are liable to pay them on receipt of your packages.
Australian Export Restrictions
Stylepalace.com.au must adhere to all Australian export restrictions.
At no point of conducting business, will any of the following items be posted;

While we hope you feel like a true Style Princess in your newly purchased items, we understand that not all shopping sprees are meant to be. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please familiarise yourself with our Return/Exchange Policy below.
Important Information
- Before your purchases are shipped to you, we personally inspect your items to ensure they are in perfect condition. Your items are then carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the exact same condition.
- In the event your goods arrive in a damaged or less than perfect condition, please notify us immediately so we can address this with our shipping company.
- If goods arrive faulty or damaged, you have every right to return them to stylepalace.com.au for a full refund.
- We only offer refunds on faulty or damaged items, so please choose carefully.
Returns Procedure
STEP 1: You must notify us of your intention to return any item within 7 days of delivery. You can do this by emailing the team at customercare@stylepalace.com.au.
STEP 2: We will email you a 'returns form' and you will need to complete all requested fields.
STEP 3: Once we receive your form, we will send you a pre-paid express satchel in which to return the goods to us. You must ensure they are wrapped and protected or we will not accept the return. Be sure to print out a copy of your 'returns form' and include this in the satchel.
STEP 4: Once we receive the items, we will inspect them to ensure your return reasons are valid before offering one of the following:
REFUND: We will happily offer refunds for faulty or damaged goods only; provided they have not incurred damage through your own fault. You must adhere to all washing, laundering and fabric care instructions, otherwise we will not be able to honour a refund if the item has been damaged due to negligence on your part.
EXCHANGE: We will happily exchange your size or colour if the item has not been worn, washed or damaged in any way. Items must be returned in their original condition with original swing tickets attached for exchange to be considered.
CREDIT NOTE: We will happily offer a credit note if you simply change your mind once you have received your purchases. The above conditions apply.
OUR SUGGESTION: Do not remove any original swing tickets until you are 100% happy with the style and fit.
Change of Mind Return
If you simply change your mind, we will happily provide a credit note to the total of the sale value, provided the goods arrive to us in perfect condition; have not been worn; have not been washed and have the original tag/swing tickets attached.
Exchange Conditions
Swimwear must be tried on over briefs and be returned to us with the plastic gusset protection still intact. If the briefs arrive without this gusset protection, the item will be returned back to you and unfortunately no exchange can be offered.
Underwear & lingerie must be tried on over briefs and must arrive to us will all tags intact if you wish to return the items. The items must not have been worn; washed or soiled in any way.
Beauty Products cannot be exchanged, so please choose carefully. Stylepalace.com.au offers refunds on faulty items only.
Incorrect Size
If you receive a garment that does not fit correctly, we will happily exchange the item if you notify us within 7 days of parcel delivery.
Sale Items
The above exchange conditions will apply to sale items. Unfortunately we cannot offer any exchange or refund on items that have been worn and do not have the original swing tickets attached.
