Returns
You must notify Style Palace of your intention to return an item within seven days of delivery by emailing customercare@stylepalace.com.au
On full price items we will mail you a pre-addressed Express Post Satchel. Free returns do not apply to sale items and return postage will be at your own expense. Please post your return item, together with a copy of your completed Return/Exchanges form which can be downloaded from the link below:

Items must be returned in their original condition with the original tag/swing ticket attached for exchange to be considered. Please ensure the return item is wrapped and protected or we will not accept the return. Once we receive the item/s, we will inspect them to ensure they are in an acceptable condition before offering an exchange, credit note or refund (for faulty or damaged goods only).
Asia-Pacific, USA, UK and Europe Returns
Items to be returned from outside Australia should be sent no slower than registered mail and must be endorsed 'return of goods'. You are required to pay the return charges but in the event of an exchange, the new item will be delivered free of additional charge.
