Shipping & Delivery
Style Palace delivers around the globe. We use Australia Post Express Post Platinum Australia-wide. For international orders you have an option of Express Courier International or Registered Post International to offer two shipping options. All our shipping services ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery possible.
We have a flat rate for delivery of $15.00AUD within Australia and the rate for International orders will be charged according to the country zone. Style Palace offers free shipping for all orders over $400.00AUD and occasionally offers free shipping with various promotions.

The following shipping and delivery conditions apply:
Processing & Dispatch
- Orders received between Monday to Friday before 2pm Western Standard Time (WST) will be processed that day for next day shipment;
- Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt, unless your order is placed over a weekend or national holiday period;
- Orders will not be dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or national public holidays. They will be processed and dispatched the following business day;
- Before we dispatch your order we personally inspect your items to ensure they are in perfect condition. Your items are then carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the exact same condition. In the event your goods arrive in a damaged or less than perfect condition, please notify us immediately.
Delivery
- Parcels will be delivered between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday;
- If your delivery destination is within 5kms of the Perth CBD, Western Australia, you can order before 11am for same-day delivery. If you have any special requests add them in the notes section on the payment page. Please note that someone must be available to receive the parcel. If orders are placed after this time, they will be delivered the following day;
- Goods require a signature on delivery, so please ensure you nominate a suitable address (work address if possible) so you can receive the goods once they arrive;
- We are unable to redirect goods once the order has been dispatched;
- In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, a card will be left to inform you that your parcel is available for collection from your local Post Office. If the parcel is not collected, returned to us and required to be dispatched a second time, you will be charged an additional shipping fee and the same rules (as above) will apply to this new delivery;
- Order cut-off times and delivery time-frames are provided as a guide only, and may alter if there is any delay in payment authorisation being completed;
- We do not take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances which may cause your delivery to be late. These include strikes, natural disasters and any other reasons beyond our control.
