Style Palace has a no fuss policy in place for exchanges, returns and refunds to ensure every Style Palace customer can exchange an item if it does not fit, or receive a full refund in the unlikely event an item is damaged or faulty in any way. Our full policy is outlined below:
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
One of the best things about shopping online at Style Palace is that if you decide your recent purchase is not quite right for your wardrobe, we will gladly accept returns within ten days from date of delivery and provide you with a credit note or exchange (valid for 6 months) for the full value of your original purchase. All we ask is that the goods arrive back to us in the same condition they were sent out, have not been worn, have not been washed and have the original tag/swing tickets attached.
We will accept size exchanges and credit notes for SALE items and returns will be accepted only if the garment is deemed faulty.
Please enure that all swimwear is tried on over briefs and returned to us with the plastic gusset protection still intact. If the briefs arrive without this gusset protection, the item will be returned back to you and no exchange can be offered.
Jewellery and Accessories can be exchanged with the exception of earrings for pierced ears, due to health regulations.
You must notify Style Palace of your intention to return an item within 10 days of delivery by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, for confirmation to do so.
Once Style Palace has responded to your intention to return email, items must be returned in their original condition with the original tag/swing ticket attached for exchange to be considered. Please ensure the return item is wrapped and protected or we will not accept the return. Once we receive the item/s, we will inspect them to ensure they are in an acceptable condition before issuing a credit note and notifying you by email. Please allow 2 business days after receiving your returned goods for a credit note or refund to be issued.
For “change of mind” exchanged products, a $10 shipping and processing fee will be incurred.
Where there is an approved refund due to a faulty product, you will not incur any shipping costs and a reimbursement of your return postage costs will be given.
ASIA-PACIFIC, USA, UK & EUROPE RETURNS
Items to be returned from outside Australia should be sent no slower than registered mail and must be endorsed ‘return of goods’. You are required to pay the return charges but in the event of an exchange, the new item will be delivered free of additional charge.
Please note Style Palace has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on this website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the colour of any item with complete accuracy. Returns, refunds and exchanges are not provided based on colour selection.
We will happily offer a full refund in the unlikely event your goods are faulty or damaged, provided they have not incurred damage through your own fault. You must adhere to all washing, laundering and fabric care instructions otherwise we will not be able to honour a refund if the item has been damaged in any way due to negligence post purchase.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. We will endeavour to replace with the same product, subject to availability.
PLease be aware , that according to the ACCC in Australia , if the problem is minor we are entitled to repair for you at the business’ expense and return to you within a reasonable time-frame.
Jewellery holds a 6 month warranty from date of purchase.
As we endeavour to ship purchases as soon as possible after an order is received, we will only accept a cancellation by you if we receive written notice of your intention to cancel before the items have been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel your order and you must then follow our returns procedure and return the goods in new and unused condition to receive a credit note for the same amount.
UNFULFILLED ORDERS/ PRE-ORDER STOCK
Pre-ordering stock can be a great way of getting it first before styles run out. We can only estimate an approximate time the stock will be arriving to us from the manufacturer. Please take this as an approximate date and not a definite date as this can change due to many reasons. We will not offer refunds on pre-ordered stock if it is running more than 14 days late from the estimated arrival. Please keep this in mind when ordering for a special event.
If you have received an item as a gift but it is not your style, you may exchange it for a store credit. The amount is automatically deducted from your next purchase. Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping, taxes and import duties. To arrange a gift return, please email email@example.com
