Free shipping on orders over $90 nationally

Style Palace delivers around the globe using Australia Post products and Couriers. Our shipping methods offer you the fastest and most efficient delivery possible at an affordable price. We guarantee to dispatch your order within 24 hours if placed on a business day.

Please note, we are finding of late postage taking a little longer than usual. If you do require your order within 3 business days, please always book express post. If not, please expect your delivery no earlier than 5 business days after placing an order. If it arrives earlier, bonus! Please feel free to contact us regarding your delivery if the parcel is overdue according to the above information or you have not received your shipping notification.

*Orders over $90 qualify for Free Shipping using Australia Post Parcel Post or Courier delivery.

$10.00 – Australia Post Parcel Post with signature on delivery (4 – 7 business days)
$15.00 – Australia Post Express Post with signature on delivery or Courier express delivery (2 – 3 business days pending location)

• We do not take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances which may cause your delivery to be late. These include strikes, natural disasters and any other reasons beyond our control. Once the order has left our hands  within the guaranteed dispatch time, we have no control once it is in the hands of the postal provider.
We will choose the most suitable provider upon looking at your location. Your item will generally require a signature on delivery, please keep this in mind when waiting for  a delivery. Couriers can not deliver to PO BOX addresses. If you do ask for a parcel to be left without a signature, we take no responsibility for missing articles once noted as delivered by the service.

* Please note,  if shipping ends up being cheaper upon sending the item,  we will refund you the difference.  We are not in the business of making a profit off shipping and want to ensure you are only charged the correct amount.

PROCESSING & DISPATCH

• Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt or next business day if domestically. International orders will be dispatched within 48 hours to ensure the appropriate paperwork is completed.

• Orders are dispatched Monday – Friday, excluding national public holidays.

• Before we dispatch your order we personally inspect your items to ensure they are in perfect condition. Your items are then carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the exact same condition. In the event your goods arrive in a damaged or in less than perfect condition, please notify us immediately.

DELIVERY

• Parcels will be delivered between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday; We will determine if best sent via Courier or Australia Post pending your location.

• If your delivery destination is within 10kms of Perth CBD we are happy to deliver personally for you.

* If you have any special requests for your delivery add them in the notes section on the payment page.

• Goods will usually require a signature on delivery, so please ensure you nominate a suitable address (work address if possible) so you can receive the goods once they arrive. Once the item is signed for , we consider it delivered and do not take responsibility for deliveries not signed by you personally. We will on occasion deliver without a signature if delivering to a PO Box for security reasons.

• We are unable to redirect goods once the order has been dispatched. If you have given us the wrong address , we suggest contacting your local Post office/ Courier with our tracking number and trying to rectify directly. Please ensure a full and correct address is given at time of order.

• In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, a card will be left to inform you that your parcel is available for collection from your local Post Office. If the parcel is not collected, returned to us and required to be dispatched a second time, you will be charged an additional shipping fee and the same rules (as above) will apply to this new delivery.

• Order cut-off times and delivery time-frames are provided as a guide only, and may alter if there is any delay in payment authorisation being completed with direct deposit orders.

We do not take responsibility for lost parcels. If you would like the parcel insured , please ask us for a quote upon checkout.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification from Style Palace and/or Australia Post containing details of how to track your order. Sometimes if sent via Courier, your delivery will arrive before we are even presented with a tracking number by the third party courier. During the transit period, if you have any queries regarding the whereabouts of your goods, you may contact the carrier directly online or by phone and quote your reference number for information. Once you have a tracking number, any queries regarding your delivery can be directed to the transport company.
